TOWN OF GRANITE QUARRY
GRANITE CIVIC PARK – PHASE A
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for Granite Civic Park – Phase A, Town of Granite Quarry, North Carolina will be received on or before 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 143 N. Salisbury Avenue., Granite Quarry, North Carolina 28146.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, on-site at the Granite Civic Park Picnic Shelter, 202 W. Peeler St., Granite Quarry, NC. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
The Work consists of the following: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork (mass grading and fine grading), storm drainage, utilities, building construction, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, paved walking trails, playground, court resurfacing, and ancillary site work as illustrated in the contract documents.
Bidders shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades and will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
