Welcome to the Granite Civic Park Renovation and Capital Campaign page.
Here, you can follow the transformation of a place that has meant so much to our community for more than 75 years, stay informed on project updates, and learn how you can help build the future of Granite Civic Park.
Granite Civic Park has always been more than just a park. It has been a place where childhood memories were made, families celebrated milestones, neighbors became friends, and traditions were born. It is home to Granite Fest, our community’s signature celebration, along with countless other festivals, events, and gatherings that have brought our community together year after year. Thanks to the vision of Mr. J.F. Crook and the citizens of Granite Quarry in 1950, this special place has remained a cornerstone of our community. Today, we have the privilege—and the responsibility—to build upon that foundation.
The Granite Civic Park Renovation is about honoring our past, investing in our future, and celebrating what can happen when an entire community comes together around a shared vision. This vision wasn’t created in a boardroom—it was shaped by our citizens through public meetings, workshops, conversations, and valuable feedback. Together, our community helped imagine what Granite Civic Park could become for future generations.

Phase I, scheduled for completion in Spring 2027, is the first step in bringing that vision to life. This page will provide updates on construction progress, renovation milestones, photos, fundraising efforts, donor recognition, and opportunities for our community to be part of this exciting transformation. While Phase I represents the beginning of this new chapter, it is only the first part of the larger vision. Plans for Phase II will continue building upon this investment and help shape the future of Granite Civic Park for years to come. We look forward to sharing more details as this project continues to move forward.
Whether you choose to make a one-time donation, submit a pledge, become a sponsor, or simply follow our progress, you are helping create a park where children will play, families will gather, festivals will flourish, traditions will continue, and memories will be made for generations to come.
Together, we’re not simply renovating a park—we’re preserving our past, investing in our future, and building the next chapter of Granite Quarry’s story. Thank you for being part of it.
