Join Our Team as a Full-Time Fire Engineer

The Town of Granite Quarry is seeking a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to join our team as a Full-Time Fire Engineer. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the ISO Class 1 rated Granite Quarry Fire Department serving our fast-growing community.

• The successful candidates will perform work in fire suppression, rescue operations, emergency medical care, driver/operator of emergency vehicles, maintenance and upkeep of emergency vehicles.
• Candidates must be certified in FF 1&2, Driver Operator, EMT Basic, Class B Driver’s License and successfully pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screen.
• NCOFSM Transcript and Resume should be sent in with the application. These documents as well as EMT Certification and any other supporting documents can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off during the application process.

Compensation:
Starting at $49,239 – Grade 14 Annual Salary with a 6-month probationary period
