#GQSOLID Award Winner 2025 Q4 Fire Engineer Allen Bennett

The #GQSOLID Award is a quarterly recognition program developed to honor Town of Granite Quarry employees who go above and beyond in their roles. These outstanding individuals consistently demonstrate exceptional work ethic, initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude that uplifts their department and the entire organization.

To be selected, an employee must show consistent dependability, initiative beyond their regular duties, and serve as a role model for others. Winners are chosen by an Employee Committee based on nominations submitted by fellow staff members.

The Town of Granite Quarry is proud to announce Allen Bennett as this quarter’s recipient of the #GQSOLID Award. Allen is a Full-time Fire Engineer who has been with the Granite Quarry Fire Department since 2005. The Town’s core values, specifically Quality, Lead with Honesty and Integrity, Implement Teamwork, Demonstrate Enthusiastic Engagement are exemplified by Fire Engineer Allen Bennett on a daily basis.

Allen’s nominator shared: “Engineer Allen Bennett ensures every shift that assigned duties are completed as a team and without fail to ensure the quality of service our town, its employees, visitors, and the residents receive are second to none. He is quick to meet and engage fellow town employees and visitors with a smile and positive attitude. He is a highly valued longtime volunteer and employee of the fire department and helps make our department a great place to work.”
