Public Hearing on Minimum Housing Scope

Legislative public hearing regarding an “Ordinance Concerning the Amendment of the Town of Granite Quarry Minimum Housing Standards”. The proposed amendments are to Chapter 6 “Building and Building Regulations, Article III. – Minimum Housing Code”, Section 6-51 “Ordinance authorized as to repair, closing, and demolition; order of public officer” and Section 6-52 “Office of housing inspector created; powers and duties”.  The amendments will add language to make the above sections applicable to all areas in the Town and its planning and development regulations jurisdiction.
